Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
UK Shipping
We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

- Free UK shipping on orders over £30
International Shipping
We also ship to selected countries worldwide.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing, but most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
